What Is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a great experience!
Have you ever driven a car before? Found yourself deep in thought while driving...not even realizing your exact location? Perhaps you missed your exit? Well, we call that "Highway Hypnosis."
If another vehicle had in front of you, you would have responded. You maintained your own free will all the while. You just altered your thoughts. That being said, Hypnosis provides you a heightened state of suggestibility. This is why Hypnosis is so effective.

What Isn't Hypnosis?
Hypnosis won't make you quack like a duck. Let me rephrase...
You never lose your own free will. If there were to be a fire alarm, we would cease the session and you could safely leave.
You won't divulge family secrets. Hypnosis is enjoyable and will allow you to relax, while listening to positive suggestion.
You are always safe. Sessions are recorded for training purposes as well as recordings, per additional fee by request.
Hypnosis is a very relaxing process in which we appeal to your subconscious and conscious mind. It is during hypnosis that your mind is highly suggestible and hence, great change is brought about.
